Gundam displayed at Times Square Causeway Bay

The Gundam displayed here is th RX-78 also in Japan it there is a Gundam statue but here in Hong Kong its about 1/5 the scale of the original. From time to time they have some light shows and also some shots of the original anime shown of the big screen. Have to say both are just standing there and not much movement but I have to say that they were not entirely finished setting this display up as on the side you see boards and some scaffolding. Also it was bit of a challange to get the video to look interesting as its just a statue that does not move and quite limited things and angles you could shoot it and reulted into a interesting new filming techique to get very high angled shots with only a tripod and no cranes involved.

Walk to Times Square from Causeway Bay station the quickest route

Causeway Bay station actually have a special exit to Times Square however it is not the quickest way to get there as you have to detour to a tunnel which is 3 level underground and its quite a long tunnel too. While above ground there is quite a direct route you can walk which is much quicker.

Walkthrough Great George Street on June 4th

Its very busy on this day as most people are walking to Victoria park to remember this day make sure people know what happen back in 1989 in Beijing at the Tianamen Square.

June 4 2013 memorial gathering at Victoria Park

Allot of peopled gather each year here in memory of what happened in 1986.

Also was testing out a steadicam on a extended pole I probably should had shot slomo as I did too many of the movements quite rushed as I wanted to get out of there before the rain arrived and didn't had enough time to do some closeups and only did allot of wide shots showing how many people there is.

Miss You Much Leslie

Follow us as in this video we are walking through the public exhibit showing the Late and great Artist Leslie Cheung work and movies at the Times Square in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Outside on the square you can actually watch a movies which be shown on a large tv monitor a big cabinet and look at movie poster that features Leslie, when we walk into the Time Square mall we find a big statue of Leslie bus also smaller ones and clothing, records and awards of Leslie.
